FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When will I receive my bond returned back to me?
Providing there is no damage, we will return your bond in full which takes 7 days to clear into your account.
Do the Flower Numbers or Flower Letters Include Fairy Lights?
Yes they sure do. The lights are glued into place, are battery operated and hire price includes the fairy lights and batteries included.
Do you Deliver & Setup?
No we do not offer delivery/set anymore sorry, But we can do occasionally for smaller orders just ask if this is available for your date!
Pick up is from us on a Thursday or Friday & return on the Monday.
Where & How Do I Collect From and When?
We have a workspace at Kunda Park and directions will be given. We are ONLY open for pickups and drop backs by appointment.
Or only in some cases in prior agreement by appointment on other days. Weekends are strictly no pickups or returns.
When Do I Need To Pay?
Upon receiving your quote, you will need to accept the quote to lock it in with a deposit and then pay by the invoice due date so you don't lose your booking.
What If I Accidentally Damage Something?
We take a Bond with your booking. This Bond will be returned to you on returning the items in the same condition as when you received them. If there is any damage you will lose your bond/part of your bond whichever the cost needed to cover the damage. If there is any significant damage you will be invoiced for the replacement cost of the product and required to pay as soon as possible.
Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes the minimum amount to hire is $50. We do not accept hire amounts under this.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
CANCELLATIONS & POSTPONEMENTS
Any cancellations made after being booked you will lose your bond (this is for the admin work involved already) If you cancel within 14 days you will not be refunded due to us already getting your order ready and missed sales as we cannot rehire them in such a short notice.
If you need to postpone your event we will change it to the next date (within 6 months) as long as the items are available. We cannot guarantee that it will be available the following weekend or future event date which is out of our hands so best to try lock in your new date as soon as you can. If you do not make a new booking within that 6 months your Bond will ONLY be refunded.
You are responsible for the hire items so you need to be careful at the end of the night to not leave anything out in the weather or at a venue they need to kept in safe place.
If your event is outdoors, you need to have a back up plan to have it indoors in case of unfortunate wet weather. None of our items are suitable to be out in the rain. Cancellations or postponements made within 14 days or your event, due to wet weather will not be refunded as we cannot rehire them in such a short notice therefore is missed sales for us, you will be refunded your Bond ONLY
FORGET TO PICK UP YOUR ITEMS?
We do not provide refunds or credits if you forget to pickup on your pickup day between our business times. We maybe able to offer a $40 call out fee where we can meet you to pickup your items. The same with returns...we maybe able to meet you at the shed for a $40 call out fee if you miss/can't make your return day between our business hours.
USE OF PHOTOS AND MEDIA
We have the right to use photos of our products for promotional purposes. Please inform us if you do not wish for this to happen. Any photos or videos you take during the event that you share, may be included on our social media pages.
